RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL MEMBERS (Including Teachers & Staff)

  1. Respect for All:
    Maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude towards all members — students, teachers, staff, and visitors alike.
  2. Punctuality & Commitment:
    Be punctual and sincere in attending or conducting classes, sessions, and events. Inform the management in advance if unavailable.
  3. Positive Conduct & Discipline:
    Uphold discipline within the premises. Refrain from behavior that disrupts the creative or learning environment.
  4. Cleanliness & Order:
    Keep your working area, classrooms, and common spaces clean and organized. Set a positive example for others.
  5. Responsible Use of Property:
    Treat all materials, instruments, and facilities of Creative Jagat with care. Damages due to negligence may result in penalties.
  6. Creative Integrity:
    Originality is valued. Do not copy or claim others’ creative work as your own. Always give credit where due.
  7. Polite & Effective Communication:
    Use kind and respectful language in all forms of communication—verbal, written, or online. Avoid criticism that is unkind or unconstructive.
  8. Limited Mobile Usage:
    Mobile phone usage during classes or creative sessions is discouraged unless required for educational or professional purposes.
  9. Teacher Exit Policy:
    If you are serving as a teacher, please inform the management at least one month in advance before leaving. Only cases related to health issues, job opportunities, or relocation for a genuine reason will be considered valid for shorter notice.
  10. Follow Safety & Participation Guidelines:
    Adhere to safety measures during activities and ensure inclusive participation. Teachers are expected to guide students responsibly.
